Carvedilol is a well-recommended ‘non-cardioselective’ beta blocker drug that is used to treat various heart conditions, such as hypertension and heart failure. It is also used to stabilize heart pumping back to regular pacing after a failure or an attack. As a beta blocker, that is generally advertised as Coreg, this drug works by affecting the heart and blood circulation rapidly and effectively.
DOSAGE –
- Carvedilol is to be taken as directed by the doctors. The strength of this drug’s prescribed dosage may vary from patient to patient. Follow doctor’s instructions very carefully as to how much to be consumed.
- Continue the drug as per the prescription, even after symptoms vary.
