Obese people who do not exercise regularly generally suffer from kidney problems. In the early stages, it will reduce the ability of the kidneys to filter waste materials from the blood and increase the protein levels in urine. Due to the chronic kidney problem the bones will get weakened and osteoporosis can occur. This can also lead to minerals imbalance in the body. As per the researchers, aerobic exercise could improve blood vessels and overall kidney functions.
