Renal artery stenosis
Renal Artery Stenosis is the contraction of arteries that carry blood to kidneys (renal arteries) by preventing kidneys to get oxygen-rich blood. It needs adequate blood to filter waste products and remove excess fluids. The reduced blood flow increases blood pressure in the whole body and injures kidney tissues.
CAUSES –
- Atherosclerosis of the Renal Arteries
- Fibro Muscular Dysplasia
