Exercising is as good as any Medicine for Blood Pressure

A large scale analysis on blood pressure and exercise by researchers have concluded that exercising is equivalent to the effect of medications that lowers blood pressure. The analysis was done on almost four hundred trials which indicated exercising reduces the same amount of systolic blood pressure as any other commonly prescribed drugs for blood pressure. They also conducted a broad study on the effect of different types of exercises, like cardio, strength training and intensity of exercises have on blood pressure. It was found that any type of exercise, even that with low blood pressure and exercise by researchers have concluded that exercising is equivalent to the effect of medications, have a beneficial effect.
