Generic Name : FAMOTIDINE

ABSTRACT –

Famotidine is a medication drug that is used to treat ulcers within the stomach and the intestines. Working as a histamine-2 (antagonist) blocker, Famotidine is used as preventive medication for Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) – a condition wherein acid backs up into the tract to cause heartburns.
