With more than twenty five years of experience in pharmacy, founder Bhavesh Shah is driven to diminish the scarcity of medical of supply in remote areas of India. In 1997, he began to export medicines from Gujarat to Special Economic Zones of India. Most drug stores of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in India are unable to store unusual medicines. As per recent reports, 27% of deaths in India happen as a result of lack of medical attention. In 2017, Medicus powered by Curis Technology began to connect doctors with pharma companies to get access to the right medicines. The founding team aims to support the healthcare activities carried out by NGOs for underprivileged people.

Manav Shah has always been moved by the idea of solving problems. He believes that the medical industry needs to undergo a transition because, scarcity of medicines and medical advice is increasing death rates in India. After studying under professors from Harvard and Wharton, he ideated Medicus to modify such a challenge confronted by the healthcare industry. He ardently believes that healthcare industry demands a transition to be able to meet the medical requirements of the country.
