ABSTRACT –
Stress is a mental or physical tension occurs due to overload and struggle to deal with demands. It can be one of the cause of some illness too. Some psychological, environmental and social factors leads to this condition which is called as Stressors. Moderate levels of it is beneficial for the health but long term stress can result in complications. Some people experience this condition after traumatic events known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS –
- Headache
- Muscle pain

EPIDEMIOLOGY –
- As reported by CDC (Center for Disease Control), it has been informed that approximately 110 million people die every year due to this condition which makes the count as 7 people in 2 seconds.
