Vitamin B1 can be found in dried milk, nuts, oats, oranges, pork, fish, eggs, seeds, legumes, peas, brown rice and yeast. Vitamin B1 deficiency causes Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome, wet and dry beriberi, brain heart and liver damage. Thiamine is hence very vital for a human being.
