Vitamin B10 is no longer a vitamin. It refers to the chemical compound para-aminobenzoic acid (pABA). It was first considered as a vitamin due to its similarities but removed from the list. It is a chemical constituent in plant-made and bacteria-made folate. It is found in many foods like grains, eggs, milk, meat etc. It is used to treat gastrointestinal symptoms associated with Irritable bowel syndrome, vitiligo, pemphigus even though success rate is still doubted. The main use of it is in sunscreen lotions that blocks UV radiation. Pharmaceutical companies uses it for dietary supplements and other healthcare products.
