Vitamin B11 and Vitamin B13 are no longer vitamins .They were first considered as vitamins due to its similarities but removed from the list. Vitamin B11 refers to chemical compounds pteryl-hepta-glutamic acid (PHGA) or salicylic acid. PHGA is a form of folic acid. Found in green leafy vegetables. Salicylic acid is important to the body but cannot be considered a vitamin. It is also used by pharmaceutical companies for outer skin treatment of warts, acne etc.Vitamin B13 refers to orotic acid. It’s manufactured in the body and act as a mineral carrier. Sources are dairy products, root vegetables etc.
