Vitamin D is very much essential for the body as it consumes or absorbs the calcium and promotes for bone growth and development. Vitamin D if present in lower level results in issues of increased risk of death from cardiovascular disease, cognitive impairment in older adults, severe asthma in children, and even cancer. The sources of Vitamin D are Spinach, Kale, Okra, Collards, Soybeans, Beef liver, Cheese, Egg yolks, and other fish varieties. Thus, vitamin D is very significant for the body and is needed in respective amounts every day.
